We are an established international PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) company expanding into the US market and are seeking an electrical-mechanical technician to work with our proprietary hail scanners in DFW. We need a highly motivated and experienced individual who is willing to travel to Germany for a month to train and then return to Dallas to assemble the scanners. There is potential for this to turn into a full-time position as we grow. Join our team and contribute to our success as we provide exceptional services to our clients in the hail repair industry.

Responsibilities:

• Independently assemble our hail damage scanner (mechanics, electronics, and control cabinet construction) in DFW after completing training in Germany.
• Conduct maintenance and repairs for the hail damage scanners, both in-house and in the field.
• Contribute to the hardware development of the hail damage scanner.
• Perform tasks in dismantling, assembling and installing equipment.
• Repair and replace defective parts and components. Install special functional and structural parts in devices. Lubricates and cleans parts and components.
• Maintains inventory on supplies and spare parts.
• Read blueprints and schematics to effectively troubleshoot equipment in a timely manner.
• Transport, setup and breakdown equipment at mobile sites when required.

Qualifications:

• 1 years in the electrical-mechanical field.
• Ability to read and implement schematics and technical drawings.
• Enthusiasm for technology and digitalization.
• Willingness to travel internationally for training upon being hired and within the United States after training is completed.
• Enjoy working on a team.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Class B driver's license.

Job Type: Temp-to-hire

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
